Niet als fitnessinstructeurs, maar als fysiotherapeuten — met kennis van je lichaam, je klachten en je doelen. Bij Fit Square in Almere train je tijdens de begeleide uren onder toezicht van fysiotherapeuten: ma-za 08:30–12:30 en ma-do 17:00–21:00. Die begeleiding zit bij elk lidmaatschap inbegrepen en je hebt er geen verwijzing van een arts voor nodig. Professioneel ## Meer dan begeleiding Bij Fit Square is professionele begeleiding geen extra — het is de basis. Elke training wordt begeleid door geregistreerde fysiotherapeuten die je kennen. Herstel je van een blessure, leef je met chronische klachten of wil je gewoon veilig trainen? Niet op afroep, niet tegen meerprijs — standaard bij elk bezoek. ### Uitleg bij de start Bij je eerste bezoek begeleiden we je door alle machines. We leggen de Health Check uit, bespreken je resultaten en stellen samen je doelen vast. ### Persoonlijke aandacht Fit Square is bewust kleinschalig. Geen drukte, geen wachtrijen.
