## What does this machine do?

The Chest Press is the go-to machine for training your chest, shoulders and triceps. It's a safe and effective alternative to the bench press, with full back support and automatic weight setting by EGYM.

## Benefits

- Trains chest, front delts and triceps at the same time
- Safer than free weights — no spotter required
- Improves pushing strength for everyday activities
- The EGYM system delivers progressive overload

## Muscles trained

Pectoralis major Anterior deltoid Triceps

## How does it work?

After scanning, the machine sets the weight and seat position. Grab the handles and push them forward by extending your arms. The screen displays the right tempo and rep count.

## Tips for the best execution

- 1 Keep your shoulder blades pulled back
- 2 Exhale on the push, inhale on the return
- 3 Keep your wrists straight in line with your forearms
