Trains: Lower back

## What does this machine do?

The Back Extension strengthens your lower back and core. A strong lower back is essential for healthy posture, preventing low back pain and supporting all other exercises and everyday movements.

## Benefits

- Strengthens the lower back — the most common pain location
- Improves your posture and core stability
- Prevents and relieves low back pain
- Supports performance in all other exercises

## Muscles trained

Erector spinae Multifidus Glutes

## How does it work?

Scan your wristband and get into position on the machine. The resistance is set automatically. Bend forward and rise back up in a controlled way by engaging your lower back. The screen shows the correct range of motion.

## Tips for the best execution

- 1 Move slowly and in control — no jerking motions
- 2 Don't rise above a straight line with your legs
- 3 Lightly engage your core for extra stability
