## What does this machine do?

The Seated Row trains the muscles of your mid and upper back. This exercise is essential for good posture and counteracting the effects of prolonged sitting. A strong back supports your spine and prevents back complaints.

## How does it work?

Scan your wristband and sit with your chest against the pad. The machine sets itself up automatically. Pull the handles towards you by drawing your elbows back. The screen guides you through every rep.

- 1 Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement
- 2 Keep your chest against the pad for isolation
- 3 Move from your back, not your arms
