In about 10 minutes the system measures your muscle strength (upper and lower body), flexibility, body composition and cardio fitness. Based on this you receive your Bio-Age: a scientifically calculated biological age. The system decides which muscle groups need extra attention, how much weight you use and how many reps you do. This plan is unique to you. The machine recognises you and automatically sets the seat, weight and program. You only have to sit down and start. After your workout the system records your results.
