Fit Square, part of Orthomotive Fysiotherapie, respects the privacy of its (prospective) members and website visitors. This privacy statement explains which personal data we collect, why we do so and how we handle it.

- Processing your registration or pre-registration
- Contacting you in response to your request
- Informing you about the opening and offers of Fit Square
- Improving our website

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Pre-registration data is kept for a maximum of 12 months after opening, unless you become a member.

We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary to perform the agreement (e.g. a payment processor) or when we are legally obliged to do so.
