Data-driven trainen voor zichtbaar resultaat. De EGYM app ## Alles in één app De gratis EGYM app (iOS en Android) is je persoonlijke dashboard. Na elke training zie je direct je resultaten, je voortgang en je Activity Points. Hoe intensiever en consistenter je traint, hoe meer punten je verzamelt. De app toont je huidige level en hoeveel punten je nog nodig hebt voor het volgende. Bereik de WHO-aanbeveling voor wekelijkse beweging en ontvang een Gold-status. Dit maakt trainen meetbaar en motiverend — je ziet letterlijk je investering in je gezondheid groeien. ## De machines meten alles Elke EGYM machine registreert je prestaties automatisch. Na elke Health Check (elke 6 weken) wordt je Bio-Age opnieuw berekend. ### Activity Points Verdien punten voor elke training. Bereik Activity Levels en haal de WHO-aanbeveling voor wekelijkse beweging. ### Kracht per spiergroep Bekijk je ontwikkeling per spiergroep: borst, rug, buik en benen. Zie precies waar je sterker wordt. ### Health Check historie Al je meetresultaten op één plek.
