Stoel, gewicht, programma — je hoeft alleen te gaan zitten en te beginnen. Zo simpel is het ## Scan, zit, train Loop naar een machine, houd je polsband tegen de scanner en alles wordt automatisch ingesteld. Stoelpositie, gewicht, programma — in één seconde klaar. Na je set registreert het systeem automatisch je prestaties. Geen notitieboekje, geen app openen. Dit is jouw sleutel tot het hele EGYM-systeem. De polsband bevat je profiel, je trainingsschema en al je instellingen. ### Scan bij elk apparaat Loop naar een machine, scan je polsband en alles wordt automatisch ingesteld: de stoelpositie past zich aan jouw lichaam aan, het gewicht wordt op jouw niveau gezet en het juiste programma wordt geladen. ### Alles is persoonlijk Het systeem onthoudt je voorkeuren en prestaties. Na elke sessie worden je instellingen bijgewerkt. Zo train je bij elk bezoek op het optimale niveau — zonder er zelf over na te hoeven denken. ### Veilig en begeleid De machines sturen je beweging in het juiste patroon.
