Fit Square, part of Orthomotive Fysiotherapie, respects the privacy of its (prospective) members and website visitors. This privacy statement explains which personal data we collect, why we do so and how we handle it.

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Messages you send us via the contact form

• Processing your registration or pre-registration
• Contacting you in response to your request
• Informing you about the opening and offers of Fit Square
• Improving our website

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent (registration form) and/or our legitimate interest (website analytics, customer service).

5. Retention period

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Pre-registration data is kept for a maximum of 12 months after opening, unless you become a member.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary to perform the agreement (e.g. a payment processor) or when we are legally obliged to do so.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your data
• Withdraw your consent
• File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
