In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
Fit Square: Fit Square, part of Orthomotive Fysiotherapie, established in Almere.
Member: the natural person who has entered into a membership agreement with Fit Square.
Agreement: the membership agreement between Fit Square and the Member.
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Fit Square and the Member. By entering into a membership the Member accepts these terms.
The membership is entered into for an indefinite period unless otherwise agreed. The membership can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of one calendar month.
The membership fee is collected monthly in advance via direct debit. In case of late payment Fit Square is entitled to suspend the membership and/or charge extrajudicial collection costs.
The Member must comply with the house rules of Fit Square. In case of violation Fit Square may terminate the membership immediately without refund.
Training is at your own risk. Fit Square is not liable for damage or injury, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Members are advised to have appropriate health and liability insurance.
Fit Square processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our privacy policy for more information.
Fit Square reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes are communicated to members at least 30 days before they take effect.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Lelystad.
