Fit Square is a gym in Almere where you train on EGYM equipment under the guidance of certified physiotherapists. The focus is on effective, safe and measurable training.

Fit Square is open daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Staffed hours: Mon–Sat 8:30 AM–11:30 AM and Mon–Fri 5:30 PM–8:30 PM.

EGYM is the world's most advanced fitness technology. The machines measure your strength, adjust the weight automatically and build a personal training plan.

Bio-Age is a scientifically calculated 'biological age' based on your muscle strength, body composition, flexibility and cardio fitness. It is your starting point and motivation.

A full-body strength workout on the 8 EGYM machines takes about 30 minutes. You can then do as much cardio as you like.

No. EGYM sets everything automatically based on your Health Check. The machines adjust to your level, even if you've never trained before.

You receive an RFID wristband. At every machine you scan it and the machine automatically sets the seat, weight and program.

A trial workout is a free, no-obligation introduction to the EGYM equipment — just to see if it suits you. As a Founding Member you actually sign up and receive an intake and Health Check worth €45 included with your membership. This offer is valid for the first 75 members.
