    How does it work?

    Scan your wristband and sit down. The machine automatically sets the seat position and weight. Place your feet on the platform and push the weight away by extending your legs. The screen guides you through each rep at the right speed and technique.

    Tips for the best execution

    • 1Keep your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform
    • 2Press your lower back firmly against the backrest
    • 3Don't fully lock your knees — keep a slight bend
